Peg Sabol

Peg Sabol grew up in Virginia in Loudoun and Rappahannock Counties, graduated from the College of William & Mary with a BS in Sports Medicine and earned her MA in Exercise Science at the University of Iowa. Returning home she began working as a catalog merchant and inventory planner which turned into a career. As a result, she started a management consulting business in 2006 and has successfully partnered with major catalog companies and small businesses to organize and grow their merchandising, inventory and product development departments.

Peg’s three children came to Highland in 2013 from the Rappahannock Public School system. Josh graduated in 2019, Ethan in 2021 and Ellen will graduate in 2026 as a lifer. Wanting to be an active volunteer at Highland, Peg has served as room parent, Uniform Exchange co-chair, Upper School Textbook Swap Chair, Upper School Robotics Lunch Coordinator, Parent Association (PA) Class Representative and Vice President, and now President.
Highland School is a co-ed independent Pre-K2 to Grade 12 day school located in Warrenton, Virginia.
